What will you do as a Lead Product Manager?

As a Lead Product Manager, you play a key role in shaping our Wealth Management planning platform for banks and wealth managers globally: OPAL. You will drive the functional development as Lead Product Manager and enhance its market positioning. Your work directly contributes to the growth ambition of the company through product innovation and strategic alignment. Your key responsibilities are:

• Define and lead OPAL’s strategic direction ensuring a competitive edge
• Drive functional development and market positioning in line with business objectives
• Understand market needs and translate them into product improvements
• Engage directly with (potential) customers to gather insights and refine the product vision
• Leading and inspiring dedicated and experienced professionals

The salary range is between 120.000 and 150.000 EUR on yearly basis (including 13^th month, and holiday allowance, excluding variable pay), dependent on your role, competency profile and experience. In addition, we offer you excellent benefits, including:

You have excellent communication skills and are open for input from various stakeholders. You can guide and inspire market-orientated colleagues, ensuring alignment between the product and sales. You can create buy-in from your stakeholders and make sound decisions based on your experience. And of course, you recognize yourself in our core values.

In addition, the following aspects are important:

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree
• You have minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in wealth tech, preferably wealth planning
• Being fluent in English is a requirement, command of the Dutch language is a pre
