What will you do as a Personal Assistant?
As a Personal Assistant, you will be the trusted right-hand of multiple executives in a dynamic international organization. You will play a high-impact role in supporting day-to-day executive operations, enabling strategic leaders to function effectively. This role requires discretion, a high level of professionalism, cross-cultural sensitivity, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. Your week will be a mix of structured planning and fast problem-solving. Behind the scenes, you ensure everything runs smoothly. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings across time zones
- Organizing international and domestic travel
- Meeting coordination: preparing agendas, taking minutes, and handling follow-up actions
- Preparing and refining communications for both internal and external stakeholders
- Administrative Support: Process expenses, maintain confidential records, and oversee document management.
- Ensuring seamless coordination between executives and internal or external parties
- Supporting projects, team events, and offsites
- Using digital tools like Microsoft 365 to increase efficiency

What do we offer?
We offer you a dynamic role in an ambitious, growing company with the freedom to shape your job and develop your career. The salary range for this role is between €48.000,- and €60.000,- per year (based on a full-time contract), including variable pay, 13th month and holiday allowance, depending on experience and background.

Who are you?
You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and known for your calm in the storm. You get things done and anticipate needs before they arise. You handle confidential information with discretion, are digitally savvy, and thrive in a role where structure meets flexibility. With your warm professionalism, empathy, and strong communication skills, you build trusted relationships across the organization, and our clients, often sensing what’s needed before it’s asked and acting as a dependable point of contact for others. And of course, you recognize yourself in our core values.
In addition, the following aspects are important:
- You have at least 3–5 years of experience supporting executives or senior leadership
- You’re available for 32 to 40 hours per week, with presence on Fridays required
- You are fluent in English and Dutch, both written and spoken
- You are skilled in tools like Microsoft 365, and ideally Co-Pilot or other digital assistants
- Experience working in international or tech-driven environments is a plus
